Kothari’s Royal Rental Cars

Welcome to Kothari’s Royal Rental Cars. By booking or using our rental services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read carefully before making a reservation.

1. Eligibility

  • Minimum age requirement: 21 / 25 years (as per vehicle type).
  • Valid driving license required (minimum 1–2 years).
  • Government-issued ID is mandatory.
  • International renters must carry passport and valid International Driving Permit (if required).

2. Rental Period

  • Rental duration is as mentioned in the booking confirmation.
  • Late returns will be charged extra on an hourly or daily basis.
  • Prior approval is required for rental extensions.

3. Vehicle Usage Policy

The vehicle must not be used for:

  • Illegal activities
  • Racing or rash driving
  • Towing without permission
  • Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • Sub-renting
  • Driving by unauthorized persons

Only the registered renter or approved drivers may operate the vehicle.

4. Payments & Deposits

  • Full payment must be made before vehicle delivery unless otherwise agreed.
  • A refundable security deposit is required.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    • Fuel shortage
    • Late return
    • Excessive dirt or damage
    • Traffic fines or penalties

5. Insurance & Liability

  • Basic insurance is provided as per company policy.
  • Renter is responsible for damages not covered by insurance.
  • Any accident or damage must be reported immediately.

6. Vehicle Condition

  • Vehicles are provided in good working condition.
  • Customers must inspect the vehicle before departure.
  • The vehicle must be returned in the same condition (normal wear & tear excluded).

7. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
  • Refueling charges will apply if fuel level is lower.

8. Accidents & Breakdowns

In case of any incident:

  • Stop the vehicle safely.
  • Inform Kothari’s Royal Rental Cars immediately.
  • Do not attempt repairs without consent.

9. Traffic & Legal Responsibility

All traffic violations incurred during the rental period are the renter’s responsibility.

10. Cancellations

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup may be chargeable.
  • No-show bookings may be charged in full.

11. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to cancel the rental agreement without refund in case of misuse or violation of terms.

12. Liability Disclaimer

Kothari’s Royal Rental Cars is not responsible for personal belongings left inside the vehicle.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and applicable state regulations.

14. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.
